Diagnosis; 20/20 is a personal and introspective collage series exploring the emotional aftermath of a later in life diagnosis. Through layered analog collage and digital illustration, Anna Pottie revisits formative experiences now seen through the clarifying lens of neurodivergent awareness. Cut-out figures and fragments of text evoke internalized judgment, misunderstood behaviors, and the complex grief of recognizing what was missed. This body of work captures the tension between compassion and regret — a visual processing of identity, reframed memory, and the quiet ache of knowing better, too late.
